Am I Eligible?

If you wish to take part in the NIMBLE Study, you can fill in the pre-screening questionnaire below to see if you may be eligible to participate.
You may be eligible if you have been diagnosed with gMG and are:
18 years of age or older (or of legal adult age in your country)
Currently experiencing signs and symptoms despite standard of care treatment
Positive for anti-AChR or anti-LRP4 antibodies (please ask your doctor or the NIMBLE study team if you are unsure)

Receiving an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor and an
immunosuppressant drug for gMG (some exceptions may apply)

There are other requirements to participate, including the need for certain vaccines such as a meningococcal vaccine. Such vaccinations are known to reduce risks of certain infections while receiving C5 blocking agents. If you have questions or concerns over vaccinations, please contact your doctor for more information.
The study doctor will perform a full medical check-up to assess your eligibility before you join.

Pre-screening questionnaire

(This questionnaire does not contain all of the criteria you need to meet to participate. If you are eligible to participate in this study, you will also receive a copy of the Informed Consent Form when you first visit the clinic site, which will include additional information.)

Are you diagnosed with generalized myasthenia gravis?
Are you positive for anti-AChR and/or anti-LRP4 antibodies?
Do you have an antibody profile that is only positive for MuSK?
Have you had your thymus removed in the last 12 months?
Are you pregnant, planning to become pregnant in the near future, or breastfeeding?
